一、課程目標Course objectives

寫作，就是思考。在人工智慧能快速生成文章的時代，人類最珍貴的能力，不是寫出流暢的文字，而是透過自身經驗，創造只有自己才能說出的故事。

本課程將寫作視為思考與探索的過程，培養學生觀察、反思、組織與修訂的能力。本學期，學生將以 The Moth 的敘事風格為範本，完成一篇真實且具有感染力的個人故事，並透過多次討論、回饋與修訂，體會寫作如何深化思考、建構意義，並與他人建立連結。

課程期望學生不僅提升英語寫作能力，更培養獨立思考與敘事表達的能力，學會說出一個只有自己才能說的故事。

Writing is thinking. The ability to write clearly is inseparable from the ability to think clearly. In an age when artificial intelligence can generate grammatically correct essays in seconds, the most valuable human skill is no longer simply producing text, but creating meaning through lived experience, reflection, and storytelling.

This course approaches writing as an act of discovery. Throughout the semester, students will develop their skills in observation, reflection, organization, and revision while learning how personal experiences can be transformed into compelling narratives.

Rather than producing multiple disconnected essays, students will spend the semester crafting one substantial personal story modeled on the storytelling style of The Moth—stories that are authentic, emotionally engaging, and centered on meaningful moments of change or realization. Through workshops, peer feedback, and multiple rounds of revision, students will learn that effective writing is not about sounding perfect, but about communicating something true, memorable, and uniquely human.

By the end of the course, students will have produced a polished narrative that demonstrates not only their growth as writers, but also their ability to think critically, reflect deeply, and tell a story that no artificial intelligence can replicate because it belongs to them.

三、授課方式Teaching approach

本課程採閱讀、討論、寫作工作坊及同儕互評等方式進行。學生將透過閱讀 The Moth 故事、課堂討論、寫作練習與多次修訂，逐步完成一篇個人敘事作品。

第1~16週實體課程+ 彈性教學：學生自主學習

a. 發現建構設計
讓學生自己探索推理思考、解決問題、發現事實或法則，教學過程強調師生對話，即透過教師的專業引領，協助學生能自行建構解決問題的知能，教學原則包括：1. 由教師設計供學生探索解決的方案，2. 教師教授學生如何活用課程學習內容，3. 肯定學生在學習歷程展現出的耐力與努力特質。

b. 要求學生分組完成作業，要請小組成員先設定共同目標，並請小組成員說明如何彼此支援、協助、分享與鼓勵。實施原則包括：1. 設立共同目標，2. 成員彼此支援，3. 觀察學習中的互動，4. 訓練合作的社交技巧，5. 檢視合作過程與成果。

c. 問題導向或探究實作設計
利用學生生活情境，藉由觀察問題、定義問題、分析問題、解決問題等累積實作經驗。設計要素包括：1. 提出挑戰性的問題，2. 鼓勵持續性探究，3. 問題情境具真實性，4. 重視學生的聲音與選擇，5. 引領學生反思，6. 適時給予回饋，7. 公開或分享學生學習成果。
