一、課程目標Course objectives
本課程著重在介紹資訊系統開發生命週期(SDLC)中,接續系統分析與設計課程之後,中後段從細部設計到完成系統開發的環節。課程中會讓同學學習物件導向設計、系統架構設計、設計範式(Design patterns)、版本控制、軟體測試、與軟體開發相關的資訊安全等課題。 課程並會以專案導向學習(Project Based Learning)方式,讓同學實際應用課程所學,進行系統開發專案的實作,並在期末展示專案開發成果。 透過本課程的學習,可以讓同學培養成為業界軟體工程師的基礎。 本課程需要實際進行系統開發,上課時須使用筆電。此外建議同學在修課前,先學習過python程式語言,並對資料庫、HTML、與系統分析等相關課程具有初步基礎。 This course focuses on introducing the later stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), following the topics covered by system analysis and design, and covering the process from detailed design to the completion of system development. Students will learn about object-oriented design, system architecture design, design patterns, version control, software testing, and security topics related to software development. The course adopts a Project-Based Learning approach, enabling students to apply what they've learned from the class on a system development project, with a final presentation of their project outcomes at the end of the semester. By completing this course, students can establish a solid foundation to become professional software engineers. Students are required to use a laptop in class. It is also recommended that students have prior experience with python programming language and possess basic knowledge of databases, HTML, and system analysis.

三、授課方式Teaching approach
This course will integrate course lectures and a group-based term project throughout the semester. An additional industrial teacher from a B&B company will jointly lecture the group based term project. In addition, there will be an option in the course to teach partially in English. The class participants will jointly determine in the first week's class whether to adopt this option.
四、評量方式Grading criteria:
Term Project. Midterm Review 30%, Final Review 40% Assignments, In-Class Exercises, and Class Participation 30% There will be no mid-term and final exams.
