一、課程目標Course objectives

The main objective of the course is to give students a brief introduction to economics. The focus of the course is on Microeconomics. Firstly. Supply and demand modeling is introduced. This is the easiest part of learning economics. This is followed by an introduction to production and costs. This is useful for the next module, Market Theory. The focus is on the four major markets. This part of the course helps students to understand how markets work and how they develop. Through the introduction of examples and current changes in the world, we hope to enable students to have the core competency of “international business management professional knowledge”, and at the same time, we also utilize case studies to discuss the core competency of “innovation and problem solving”, and finally, we can cultivate the core competency of “teamwork and communication” through the discussion of current events among the students.

(1) Assist the instructor in arranging for the loan of equipment.
(2) Assisting students in clarifying course content.
(3) Receive students' inquiries and comments, discuss with the teacher and reply to students.

(5) Assist in grading assignments and papers.
(6) TAs are required to work 3 hours per week and are evaluated by the instructor.
